“Multitasking is seriously overrated. Try to do one task at a time and learn to do it with more intentionality.”
Gareth J. Mole
I offer Inhouse or Online Courses and Workshops around the topics of Mindfulness, Stress, Stress Management and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
My offers give answers to questions such as: What is Mindfulness? What is it not? What does the research say? How does Mindfulness support stress management and psychological wellbeing? How can we learn to be more aware in everyday (work) life? How can we become more aware of stress and its early signs? Why do we tend to focus on negative experiences and how can we widen our focus? How can we learn to respond instead of reacting in habitual automatic ways? How can we learn to communicate more mindfully? Given that we cannot always avoid stress, how can we navigate stressful situations with more self-compassion?
In my sessions, I provide participants with stress management skills that can easily be integrated into everyday work life. The skills originate from Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBIs), which teach that stress can be managed better when we relate to it differently.
